Our pans are super easy to clean with a soft sponge and some warm, soapy water. Some collections are dishwasher safe. Please always check the product page for details. Avoid abrasive detergents, steel wool, or iron sponges, as these can permanently damage your pan.

My waffle maker does not begin to countdown after the batter is added no matter what I do. I have tried hitting the start/stop button, but that tends to just preheat again. What might the problem be?
