We use Thermolon ceramic non-stick coating.
The main ingredients are raw materials, which were originally derived from sand.
No need for any chemicals like PTFE, PFOA or any other type of PFAS and we do not add any Cadmium or Lead. Greenpan cookware is also BPA free. The Sol-Gel solution is simply sprayed onto the body of the fry pan without glues or additives.
Finally, the coating is cured in the oven with 60% less CO2 emissions when compared to the curing of traditional non-stick.
Our Thermolon coating does not contain any Nano particles. Accordingly, there is no possibility for Nano particles to leach into the food when cooking with GreenPan.
Beneath the ceramic non-stick coating, there is an aluminum core in the center of all our cookware because it is a great heat conductor.
