We have only had these pans a couple of months, at first the non stick surface was so good! After just a month it started to wear off, despite not cooking on high heats, washing the pans just in hot water with a non scratch cloth and storing so they don't scratch. I have boiled water and baking soda in the pans, scrubbed with a magic eraser, absolutely nothing works. Really gutted as these pans were expensive and claim to be non toxic and non stick for years!!
