How do I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, or part of it, it must meet the following conditions. The item(s) must;

• be unused;
• be returned in the original packaging;
• be returned within 14 days of receipt;
• purchased through our web shop.

Please fill out our contact form and don´t forget to add the following information: 

• • Order number.
  • Email address you used to place the order.
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number
  • Which items you like to return including the number of items and the item reference code.

Once we have received your return, we will process it and start the refund process. This can take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.

If we have made a mistake, for example by sending the wrong items, we will of course take care of the shipping costs and these will also be reimbursed.
