Thermolon has been certified by third party testing labs as conforming to international regular food contact standards set by the US FDA (USA Food & Drug Administration) and the German LFGB. Plus, the coating has been certified by the Swiss government and KTR (authoritative test institute certified by Korea Laboratory Accreditation) as conforming to their standards. We are immensely proud of the fact that GreenPan was the first ever 100% Ceramic non-stick pan. As innovators, we are constantly trying to create dynamic cooking products for our customers all over the world.

PFAS is a collective name for a group of so-called “Forever Chemicals”, and an abbreviation of Poly- and Perfluoroalkyl. In traditional non-stick layers PFAS is used on many pans, due to their specific qualities: PFAS are highly heat resistant and extremely water, fat and dirt repellent which makes them highly versatile and commonly used in rain jackets and water-resistant shoes.

Since our introduction in 2007, all GreenPans have been produced PFAS-free. GreenPan has been a pioneer in this field, so now, anybody who loves cooking, can choose the very highest quality ceramic non-stick pan. By having no PFAS in their products, GreenPan also guarantees that their products are a durable and sustainable alternative for more traditional pans with a PFAS non-stick coating

Our ceramic non-stick layer Thermolon, is made from a sand derivative and completely free of chemical materials such as PFAS.
During the production process of Thermolon, 60% less CO2 is emitted, when compared to traditional non-stick layers.
Sustainability is extremely high on our agenda as we continually strive to optimize our production process.

If you wish to return your order, or part of it, it must meet the following conditions. The item(s) must;

• be unused;
• be returned in the original packaging;
• be returned within 50 days of receipt;
• purchased through our web shop.

Enter your order number and the e-mail address with which you placed the order, you will receive a return label from us. With this return label you can return your order free of charge.

You will receive the return label at your e-mail address (please also check your SPAM folder).

Once we have received your return, we will process it and start the refund process. This can take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.

In the event that an order could not be cancelled on time and has already been shipped, we kindly request you to refuse acceptance of the order at the door. When you instruct the delivery driver that you wish to cancel your order it will conveniently be returned to our warehouse free of charge.
