Shopping is easy and simple on Greenpan's webshop.

1. If you have found what you were looking for, add the desired product to your shopping basket.
2. Finished shopping? Then go to your shopping basket via the icon in the navigation menu.
3. Check your chosen products and quantities one last time and adjust where necessary. Here you will also find the total amount of your order. Then click on ¨Checkout¨.
4. On the next screen, enter your personal details and the delivery address and click on ¨Continue shipping¨.
5. Check all the information again on the next screen and adjust if necessary, then click on ¨Proceed to payment¨.
6. Do you have a discount code? Then you can enter it on this screen. Then click on ¨Apply¨. The discount will be settled immediately.
7. Select the desired payment method, complete your payment details and click on ¨Pay now¨.
8. After successful payment you will be redirected to the confirmation page with the reference of your order. You will also receive the confirmation by e-mail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from us. With this you can see the status of the delivery.

In the United Kingdom your order will be delivered by DPD. Enter your tracking number and postcode here to see the status of the delivery.

In the Denmark your order will be delivered by DPD. Enter your tracking number and postcode here to see the status of the delivery.

In the Netherlands, your order will be delivered by DHL. Enter your tracking number here to see the status of the delivery.

In Belgium your order will be delivered by DHL. Enter you tracking number here to see the status of the delivery. 

If you wish to return your order, or part of it, it must meet the following conditions. The item(s) must;

• be unused;
• be returned in the original packaging;
• be returned within 14 days of receipt;
• purchased through our web shop.

Please fill out our contact form and don´t forget to add the following information: 

• • Order number.
  • Email address you used to place the order.
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number
  • Which items you like to return including the number of items and the item reference code.

Once we have received your return, we will process it and start the refund process. This can take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.

If we have made a mistake, for example by sending the wrong items, we will of course take care of the shipping costs and these will also be reimbursed.
