How do I exercise my warranty?

We need a bit more information so that we may proceed with our review. 

Please provide the following via email customercare.us@greenpan.com:

Photos of the entire pan, top, bottom, and handle

Proof of purchase  

The diameter of the fry pan in inches or quart size of saucepan/stockpot

A brief description of the issue

Full name and physical address(we do not ship to po boxes)

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will advise within 24 business hours.
